01 First Order/Boundary Conditions/Operational Condition
Operational Condition
Operational condition names the class of first-order conditions through which located distinction becomes available, contrasted, held, and determined. Where emergent conditions arise from within relation through asymmetry, operational conditions act on distinction — locating it, making it available, straining it, bearing it, and resolving it. Boundary, availability, strain, bearing, resolution, and threshold are all operational conditions.
