03 Third Order/Fields/Organic and Organised Organisation

Organic and Organised Organisation

Organic and Organised Organisation names the distinction between participation that arises through Natural Order and participation that is intentionally arranged. Natural Order is the available order. Organic is Natural Order participating. Engineered is participation organising intentionally. Engineering is not outside Natural Order. It is a form of participation within Natural Order. The difference is not natural versus unnatural. The difference is whether the organisation arises organically through relation or is intentionally organised through participation.

Organic organisation becomes recognisable where participation repeatedly organises without requiring intentional arrangement. Engineered organisation becomes recognisable where participation is intentionally arranged, maintained, revised, or imposed. The distinction becomes readable where the same Natural Order can be seen producing both organic recurrence and engineered organisation.

The distinction classifies how a condition is carried. It does not create separate kinds of reality. A condition such as Memory can be organic, engineered, or hybrid depending on what carries the returnable read.
