Relation Read
Relation Read names what becomes readable through clearance — relation as joined spread under a shared condition. Where clearance names the held separation that keeps relation readable, relation read names what that separation makes available: participating differences joined enough to be read as one spread before any local asymmetry is selected. It is the readable face of clearance, not a further condition beyond it.
