02 Second Order/Presence Conditions/Produced Distinctions/Collapse
Collapse
Collapse names the loss of bounded asymmetry โ the condition through which a bounded, carrying relation ceases to hold as a readable condition. Where disorder names stability no longer holding, collapse names the specific failure where the bounded condition itself can no longer be maintained โ strain has exceeded bearing and the carrying condition has failed rather than merely becoming disordered. Collapse does not name destruction or non-relation; it names the loss of the readable bounded condition.

Read
Collapse becomes recognisable where a previously bounded carrying condition can no longer be read as holding โ where bearing has failed rather than merely strained.
