02 Second Order/Carrying Conditions/Recursive
Recursive
Recursive names carrying re-entering its own condition. Where recurrence names participation occurring again and carrying names the continuation of a resolved condition, recursive names the specific condition through which carrying returns to and re-enters the condition it is carrying โ the condition that both depends on and contributes to its own carrying. Recursive is not circular or contradictory; it names the structural condition through which a carrying condition can re-enter itself.

Read
Recursive becomes recognisable where carrying can be read as re-entering the condition it carries โ where what is being sustained contributes to sustaining itself.
