00 Ground / Passage Condition
Passage Condition
Passage Condition names a term whose role is to regulate whether order can pass, hold, close, or remain available across a boundary or scope. A passage condition is not an order root by itself. It may be highly connected because many later terms must pass through it, but its structural role is gate-like rather than root-emergent.

Passage Condition becomes recognisable where a term does not make the next order emerge, but determines whether existing carrying can continue, remain supportable, close locally, or become available inside a given scope.
