02 Second Order/Carrying Conditions/Splinter
Splinter
Splinter names inward crossing that remains unresolved inside carrying. Where Intake names availability crossing inward through a boundary, splinter names the condition where what crosses cannot yet be received, regulated, or carried by the order it has entered. A splinter is not defined by being external; it is defined by unresolved foreignness within a body, system, or scope.

Splinter becomes recognisable where something has crossed into a carrying condition but remains unintegrated by that condition - present inside the system, but not yet carried by the system's own order.
