01 First Order/Boundary Conditions/Threshold

Threshold

Threshold names a located condition under strain where change becomes readable. It is not a measurement, line, or quantitative cutoff — it names the held change-limit within the current scope of evaluation. Threshold sits between strain and bearing: strain is present, the condition is located, and something is at the point where it can either hold or shift without yet being determined either way.

Read

Threshold becomes recognisable where a located condition under strain can be read as change-limit — where something is present at the point of potential shift without yet having crossed it.
