Atlas Practice

Atlas Practice names the practice layer through which the Atlas remains traceable, correctable, and reality-bearing as it grows.

Atlas Practice is not a higher order. It is the recursive maintenance layer that returns to every order and asks whether a term, path, correction, or connection can still be traced, checked, revised, and carried.

• Practice supplies repeated participation in the work.
• Discipline supplies correction under a standard and scope.
• Reality-Bearing Connection supplies the value the practice preserves.

Atlas Practice becomes recognisable where participants use standards, tracing, retracing, placement, correction, and pruning to keep the Atlas in contact with what actually bears its connections.

It is especially required where nested carrying risks Source Drift: where a model, institution, language, identity, technology, or framework begins to be treated as source rather than as carried structure.

Structural Role

Atlas Practice is the practice layer of Reality Mechanics. It does not add another order above Higher Order; it keeps the whole order structure recoverable from any point.
